We want every family to have the best possible experience with Harmonious Happenings. Please review the following policies before registering:
Minimum Enrollment
* Classes require a minimum of 3 children to run.
* If a class does not meet the minimum, it will be cancelled.
* If the studio cancels a class due to low enrollment, you will be refunded within 48 hours.
Registration
* Online registration closes 3 hours before the start of class.
* If you’d like to register after that time, please reach out to Miss Renee directly. We’d love to welcome you if there is still space!
Cancellations & Refunds
* There are no refunds for missed classes.
* Cancellations made at least 3 hours before class may be rescheduled. Please reach out directly to request your reschedule code.
* If the studio cancels due to inclement weather, building issues, or an emergency, all registered participants will be credited toward another class of the same kind.
Five-Class Passes
* Passes must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.
* Missed classes must also be made up within that same 8-week window.
Gift Certificates
* Valid for one year from purchase date.
* May be used toward any group music class but not applicable to specialty therapeutic groups or individual music therapy sessions.
Arrival & Tardiness
* Doors open 5 minutes before class begins. Please arrive on time.
* Families arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule, in fairness to all participants.
Shoes & Safety
* For all children’s groups and individual music therapy services: shoes are to be left at the door or in cubbies.
* Grippy socks are recommended for comfort and safety.
* Socks are not required for special events (birthday parties, etc.).
